Do you sell financial products?
No - we do not sell or recommend financial products. Our service is a planning and advisory service designed to help you understand your finances and options better.
You would need to contact a regulated Financial Advisor if you want specific product advice.

How much can I expect to save?
This will depend on individual circumstances and the service you choose, but we would expect you to easily be able to recover the cost of the service within the first year, and go on to save significantly more in subsequent years.
Our services enable you to make informed choices and understand the financial consequences of each.

Do you take personal details of my financial accounts?
No - we do not need any specific details of your accounts. We just need to know what your income and outgoings are.

What is included in the concierge service?
Whilst you have an active subscription you can email us with any questions you may have around your finances - even if they are not related to previous plans we have worked on for you. We will endeavour to respond with advice within 48 hours.
Subscription to this service also entitles you to have your previous plans updated annually, or during the year if there is a major change in your circumstances, at no additional cost.

What isn't included in the concierge service?
The concierge service doesn’t include any advice that requires new modelling or analysis work to be done - this would need to be priced separately.
If the query is complex enough to require a call the hourly coaching charge will be applied with a 20% discount, subject to a 1 hour minimum charge.

How do I access the concierge service?
If you have engaged us for one of our fixed price services, (retirement planning, savings plan or money MOT), you have the option of subscribing to our concierge service.
